TFS golf represents well at GIAA state championships

The Indians were represented at the GIAA State Tournament with four players competing in Macon on Monday, April 27, at the Brickyard Golf Club.Rylee Smith carded a 9-over 81, finishing 46th overall among 108 golfers. Tate Turpin’s 88 was good for 76th, while Owen Earp turned in a 91 to finish 89th.

Lady Indians pull of 3-peat of region championship as Hatcher claims low medalist honors

The Lady Indians pulled off a rare 3-peat as region champions on Monday, taking first with a score of 167 at Monroe Golf Club. Simultaneously, the girls qualified for state for the 10th time in program history.Maeve Hatcher was the individual region champ, earning low medalist honors with an 82.

The Tallulah Falls Bass Fishing finished second overall on Lake Hartwell in the GIAA state championship on April 4. The Indians finished runner-up in an incredible day on the lake, simultaneously earning All-State honors for 2025-2026.

The TFS golf teams played in the West Hall Scramble on March 25 at Flowery Branch. The Lady Indians finished second, while the Indians tied for third. Maeve Hatcher and Handley James were even-par, placing second. Alex Rokasko and Kathi Ishaque teamed up for an eighth-place finish (20-over 93).
