YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that there will be heard before the presiding Judge of the Superior Court of Rabun County, Georgia, on April 23, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., at the Rabun County Courthouse in Clayton, Georgia, the case of the State of Georgia v. Rabun County School District, Civil Action File No. SUCV 2024000045, the same being a proceeding to confirm and validate $38,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of general obligation debt proposed to be issued by the Rabun County School District and the security therefor, including, but not limited to a special one percent sales and use tax.
Any citizen of the State of Georgia residing in Rabun County, or any other person wherever residing, who has a right to object, may intervene and
become a party to this proceeding.
