Rabun County High School senior cheerleader Sayler Waldrip was named this year’s Homecoming Queen during halftime of Rabun County’s 50-14 win over Providence Christian Academy on Saturday, Sept. 28. She was escorted by her father Brandon Waldrip and joined by her mother Michelle Waldrip. The Homecoming game was moved to Saturday because of the effects of Hurricane Helene.
