Dr. Stephen Arbitter/Arbitter Veterinary Hospital held their “Grand Opening & Ribbon-Cutting Event” on Wednesday, Feb. 12, at 1 p.m. at their new location, 253 Carolina St., Dillard. A packed house of supporters was present to help celebrate with Dr. Arbitter and all his staff on the grand opening of their new Dillard office location. This was also an excellent networking opportunity for many Forward Rabun/Chamber business members. Arbitter Veterinary Hospital is a SILVER Member of Forward Rabun/Rabun County Chamber of Commerce.
