Megan Horn/The Clayton Tribune. Rabun County First Responders were recognized for their lifesaving efforts when Daniel “Jack” Smith suffered a stroke in June, during a special ceremony at the Rabun County Senior Center last month.
It’s important to know the signs of a stroke and Northeast Georgia Health System educates communities on how to detect if a loved one is having a stroke and how to respond with action.
