Rabun Middle School boys soccer claims region title, 14-0 season

When the Rabun County middle school boys began the season, it was thought to be a rebuilding year after losing several eighth grade contributors who moved up to the high school.

State title game evokes memories of some fine Rabun teams, players

Rabun Gap sets loaded 2026 football schedule

Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School announced its 2026 football schedule on social media on March 17. The Eagles and head coach Derek White have built a loaded, nationally ranked schedule once again, featuring teams from seven different states.

RGNS girls soccer drops home opener, sits at 4-4 on young season

RABUN GAP – The Rabun Gap girls soccer team fell in its home opener to Asheville High School 3-0 on March 23, dropping the Eagles’ record to 4-4 on the young season. The Eagles struggled with their attacking, putting just five shots on goal in the contest.

'Watching something grow over time' into a state championship

When it was straight zeroes across the time clock in the Macon Coliseum on March 13 evening, April Adcock put the defining pencil marks on a Rabun County boys basketball scorebook for a final time in the 2025-2026 season. This, however, was far from just another season.

Coach Adcock posts words of thanks to team, family

The emotions of a championship-winning basketball season has ran on a high throughout almost its entire campaign. It is hard to find lows when you put a new Class A Division I trophy in the school’s trophy case and it is the first one ever for the Rabun County boys basketball program.
