The One for the Wall Deer Contest was back at the Rabun County Civic Center for the 2022-2023 event on Saturday, Jan. 28.
Final measurements were taken as participants showcased their legally killed and Georgia tagged antlers. Organizers were Shayne Beck and Lee Callenback.

Krockum, who plays the saxophone, chose Dr. Matt Leff, RCHS director of bands, as her STAR Teacher because of the significant positive impact he’s had as a mentor in her life. Krockum had the highest SAT score for the Class of 2023.
