Former New York City Mayor and President Donald Trump Attorney Rudy Giuliani has retained a Rabun County local attorney as counsel. Local attorney L. Allyn Stockton, Jr. with Stockton & Stockton, LLC Attorneys at Law has been tapped recently as counsel representing Giuliani in his Georgia case.

Lifetime Rabun Countian Lovell turns 100

Rabun County native Vernice Lovell was surrounded by friends and family at her 100th birthday party recently. Lovell was born Oct. 22, 1923, in Rabun County and lived her entire life here, just like generations of her family.

Judge weighing aspects of Eden Cemetery lawsuit

It was glitz and glamor in the Fine Arts Building at Rabun County High School Saturday, Oct. 28, as 17 contestants participated in the 68th Miss RCHS Scholarship Pageant. Ashlynn York Blackwell was crowned 2023-2024 Miss RCHS by four judges.
