Mrs. Marcia Carolyn Hoskins Koskie, 80, of Clayton, wife of Michael John Koskie, passed away on Monday, Nov. 1, 2021, at Abundant Living Personal Care Home in Comer. Mrs. Koskie was born in Atlanta on October 31, 1941, daughter of the late Caroll Hoskins and Winnie Cheatham Hoskins.

Earle Ann McConnell, 85, of Tiger, passed away on Nov. 4, 2021 at her residence. Born on July 13,1936 in Clayton, she was the daughter of the late Harmon and Eula Speed Deal.

Robert “Bob” Lewis Mally

Robert “Bob” Lewis Mally, 78, passed away on Friday, Nov. 5, 2021 at Mountain Lakes Medical Center in Rabun County. Born Dec. 12, 1942 in Oak Park, Mich., he was the son of the late Lewis Mally and Kathryn Benchenbach.

Rachel Lynn Ledbetter

Rachel Lynn Ledbetter, 47, of Clayton, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Born in Rabun County on Feb. 13, 1974 she was the daughter of Barbara Blalock of Clayton. She spent her life in Rabun County and was of the Baptist faith.

Linda S. Davies

Linda S. Davies, 70 of Clayton, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2021 at Mountain Lakes Medical Center in Rabun County. Born in Montgomery, Ohio on June 4, 1951 she was the daughter of the late Phyllis Fox. She lived in Dayton, Ohio, and later moved to Rabun County.

Jesse Ronald Brewer

Jesse Ronald Brewer, 72, of Rabun County, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 26, at his residence in Clayton. Born Jan. 12, 1949, he was the son of the late Johnny Henslee Brewer and Frances Leah Hopper. He spent his life in Rabun County and worked as a heavy equipment operator for Vulcan Material.

William Leon Cooley

William Leon Cooley, age 83, of Commerce, Ga., passed away on Oct. 28, 2021. William was born the son of the late McWhorter Stevens Cooley and the late Thelma Leathers Cooley on Feb. 28, 1938. William was formerly a resident of Lake Burton.

Andy Lee Kastner, 63, of the Wildcat Community, passed away on Oct. 30, 2021. Andy was born in Petersburg, Va., the son of J.A. Kastner and Joyce Burrell Kastner. Andy was a graduate of Rabun County High School, Class of 1976.

Hartley Watkins, 79, of Clayton, passed away on Monday, Nov. 1, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Hall County. Born in Rabun County on Aug. 16, 1942, he was the son of the late Thurmond and Dorothy Dorland Watkins.
