Measles continues – Elimination in jeopardy

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has now served as Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for 10 months. This comes 25 years after the U.S. declared measles elimination. However, in less than a year, we are at risk of losing this significant public health achievement.

Young Harris College students present at medieval renaissance conference

YOUNG HARRIS, GA  Students representing Young Harris College presented at the 37th University of Virginia-Wise Medieval Renaissance Conference, recently, speaking on a variety of research topics related to medieval and Renaissance periods. TMU parts ways with Caner

Truett McConnell University has officially parted ways with former TMU President Emir Caner. Newly named Interim President Dr. John Yarbrough informed media representatives during a press conference on Friday, Sept. 26, that the Board of Trustees decided Caner should separate from the school.
