For the first time since 2011, both the University of Georgia men’s and women’s basketball teams are headed for “The Big Dance,” as announced on Sunday evening, when the men’s and women’s NCAA basketball Tournament brackets were revealed.

Indian golf makes serious drives on the links with a new coach

Facing competition within the region as well as large programs such as Buford, the Tallulah Falls Indians played well on March 10 and finished 11th overall among 20 or so teams. Ryder Cantrell again was the team low medalist with a 79 across 18 holes. Max Pulliam and Owen Earp both turned in an 81.

For the fourth time this school year, Tallulah Falls has a coach who reached a milestone win, as Anthony Cox reached No. 100 on March 13 at Stratford Academy. It was yet another dominant victory, as the Lady Indians won 5-0.

Lady Cats soccer looking to get back on track with full roster

Amidst a slow start to the 2026 season, the Rabun County girls soccer team is looking to turn things around and get on the right page as region play begins. On March 6, Rabun County earned its first victory of the season, dominating Elbert County, 9-1.
