The incumbents who faced opposition retained their respective Rabun County seats in Tuesday’s General Primary and Nonpartisan General Election as two county commissioners and a local judge prevailed.

Armed Forces Day Convoy travels through the county

A parade through Rabun County honored local veterans and celebrated America on Armed Forces Day on May 16 as a convoy rolled through Clayton and Tiger.  Also, the holiday Memorial Day comes on Monday, May 25, as a Memorial Day ceremony will be held at 11 a.m.
