Megan Horn/The Clayton Tribune. Rabun County Water and Sewer Authority (RCWSA) member Brett Cohee updates council members on happenings as the city’s representative on the Authority. Council members thanked Cohee for his 14 years of service on the Authority. They plan to vote on a new member next month.
