Sky Valley City Attorney Douglas Kidd advises council members March 3 on proposed changes to the Sky Valley Zoning Ordinance involving creation and appointment to the Planning and Zoning Commission. Council members passed the first reading Feb. 17 and adopted the ordinance amendment during the March 3 special called meeting.
