Carroll Dean Burrell, 60, passed away Jan. 11, 2020 at his residence. The body has been cremated and a memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Jan. 19, 2020 at Peoples Baptist Church.

Steven Robert Luster, age 60, of Clayton, Ga., passed away January 3, 2020. He was the son of the late Robert A. and Jewell Ellen Jarrard Luster.

Richard Earl “Penny” Hopkins, Sr., 76, of Rabun County, Ga. passed away peacefully on Monday, December 30, 2019 at home in Clayton after a series of extended illnesses.
