Eagles 'White Out' Greenies 42-21

The Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School football team defeated the Christ School Greenies 42-21 last Friday night in its first league game of the 2023 season.  According to Rabun Gap head coach Derek White, this is the first time that the Eagles have started a season 4-0.

Rabun County recreation cross country sets new PR's

The Rabun County Recreational Department cross country team traveled to Athens Christian last weekend where it competed in a meet that included 18 teams.  According to Head Coach Ed Eidson, each runner set a new personal best.

Stockton makes UGA football debut in win over UT Martin

Former Rabun County standout quarterback Gunner Stockton made his 2023 debut against UT Martin last Saturday.  This is Stockton’s first career appearance for the top-ranked Bulldogs since joining the back-to-back national champions in January 2022.

Lady Cats drop five of last six, look ahead to streaking Tallulah Falls

The Rabun County volleyball team finished up its last few non-region matches for the next few weeks.

Rabun Gap cross country hosts Rabun County and Tallulah Falls, top finishes for all three

The Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School hosted its first home meet of the 2023 season last Thursday.  Along with the Eagles, the meet included Rabun County, Tallulah Falls, Franklin (NC), Christ School, Smokey Mountain, Carolina Day and Oconee Christian Academy.

Rabun Gap defeats Mays High, despite penalties

The Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School football team took down Mays High 16-6 last Saturday in the 2023 Cam Newton Classic.  Despite struggling with penalties on both sides of the ball -- some of which spoiled key plays, the Eagles made a handful of important plays that helped keep the Raiders at bay.

Run Willie Run, Goodwyn scores three touchdowns in RCHS 35-20 win

The Rabun County High School Wildcats defeated Class AAA Adairsville 35-20 in a non-region football game last Friday night to get back to their winning ways.  The Wildcats’ offense was led by their senior wide receiver and defensive back Willie Goodwyn.

Rabun Gap's Campbell shines on 'Neon Night'

The Rabun Gap-Nacoochee Eagles defended their home turf for the first time this season last Friday night by defeating the Sequoyah Chiefs 39-6.

Craver goes distance, TFS earns first win of inaugural season

The Tallulah Falls School softball team defeated the East Jackson Lady Eagles 9-6 in the home opener of its inaugural season on Monday evening. The victory is a historical one as it is the first one in Lady Indians softball history.

Indians shut down visiting Wildcats

A trip to face the larger Class AAA Stephens County Indians on a hotter and more humid night in North Georgia saw the Rabun County’s offense go cold, leading to the Wildcats being shutout for the first time since a 2013 playoff game. With their 35-0 Aug.
