Rabun Republicans offer food for thought with low country boil event

CLAYTON– The Rabun County Republican Party Low Country Boil Aug. 22 event had an “incredible” turnout as residents listened to candidates for state and county positions. Rabun County Republican Party President Ed Fickey said more than 175 people attended the event.

Rabun Gap opens 119th school year with record enrollment

Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School started the first day of the 2021-2022 school year on Aug. 24 welcoming a record enrollment of 682 students to campus. Rabun Gap is serving more students than ever from the local area and around the world.
