Fleming indicted on kidnapping, other charges

A Murphy, N.C., man was indicted by a grand jury in the Superior Court of Rabun County Oct. 14 on charges of kidnapping and other weapons possession offenses related to a Sept. 30 incident where the man allegedly entered the automobile of a woman with the intent to commit a felony.
