200th birthday bash set for Dec. 7 at The Rock House

Rabun County has had a year-long celebration for its Bicentennial, and festivities conclude on Saturday, December 7 with a community-wide birthday party. It’s the last event of the bicentennial that’s coming together, said Stephen Arbitter, chair of the Bicentennial Committee.
