Kasin Old represented Rabun County in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes’ Georgia-South Carolina Baseball Classic for high school seniors in June.
Old, who graduated from Rabun County High School in May, competed in the second-annual event at Southern Wesleyan University in Central, S.C.

Rabun cheerleaders earn top cheer team honor

The Rabun County varsity cheerleaders were recognized as the best cheer team at a Universal Cheerleaders Association camp in Lander University in Greenwood, S.C., last week.
Rabun had five cheerleaders be named All-Americans, earned after individual tryouts.
