Clayton city council passes first reading for parking ordinance for Central Business District

Clayton City Council members passed the first reading of the Central Business District (CBD) Parking Ordinance amendments during the Feb. 11 council meeting. The ordinance amendment would provide parking regulations in the Central Business District and the requirement of a parking plan.
