Dahlonega Literary Festival 2025 celebrates 20th anniversary

The Dahlonega Literary Festival (DLF) celebrates its 20th anniversary Saturday, March 1, with a variety of events and authors appealing to fans of fiction and non-fiction. Twenty authors are featured including former Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal who will be the luncheon speaker.

A ‘Sign’ you’re in Clayton

Motorists traveling through the City of Clayton have probably noticed the green and gold “Welcome” sign erected at city limits while heading northbound on Ga. 15. Thanks to the Clayton Downtown Development Authority (DDA) and local craftsmen, the signage distinguishes Clayton’s city limits.
