Wildcat soccer falls short of win over Spartans in 1-0 decision, program honors 10 seniors

The Rabun County High School boys soccer team fell 1-0 to Athens Academy in its final region of the season on Thursday, April 3.  Rabun and Athens Academy were locked in a tight and scoreless battle through the first half and most of the second.

Lady Cats fall to Spartans in final region game as Rabun celebrates senior class

The Rabun County High School girls soccer team lost its final region match to Athens Academy 6-0 at home on Thursday, April 3.  Athens Academy claimed an early lead less than two minutes into the match with a goal.

Lady Indians polish off undefeated regular season

It’s a three-peat for the Tallulah Falls School girls tennis team.  The Lady Indians polished off their third-consecutive undefeated regular season, netting subsequent region titles.  This most recent title came courtesy of a 5-0 win at Athens Christian on Thursday, April 3.  No.

Indians take second championship in three years

The Tallulah Falls School boys tennis team secured its second region title in a three-year span following a convincing 4-1 win over Athens Christian on Friday, April 4.  The fifth-ranked boys finish the regular season with a 14-1 record and a 12-0 mark in region play.

Diamond Wildcats use five-run sixth inning to take opening game vs. Spartans

The Rabun County High School baseball team is playing its best baseball as April reaches its peak and the pollen flies hire.  After taking two of three games against Elbert County, the Wildcats defeated 8A-Division I opponent Athens Academy 8-2 at home on Tuesday, April 8.

Love wins out over Blue Devils

It was a late night for the Rabun County High School baseball team on Friday, April 4, but worth it as the evening ended with the Wildcats sweeping their doubleheader against Elbert County, claiming the region series 2-1.

RCHS tennis honors seniors with boys, girls sweep of BASA

The Rabun County High School boys and girls tennis teams hosted 8A-Division I region foe Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy on Tuesday, April 1.  Both the Wildcats and Lady Cats swept the Blazers 5-0 – a great way to honor their three seniors, who they recognized ahead of the match.

Rabun Gap boys track and field takes win

The Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School boys and girls track teams excelled in Toccoa in a five-team meet at Stephens County High School on Thursday, March 27.  RGNS competed against the host Indians; Tallulah Falls School; Hart County; and Habersham Central High School.
