Lady Indians take OT thriller, Indians roll past Elbert

The No. 2-ranked Tallulah Falls picked up a second straight soccer win with a 9-2 victory Tuesday at home over Elbert County.  TFS got another four-goal game from Austin Ball, as he and Jackson Cording both recorded hat tricks. Clay Kafsky had a goal, and Elbert recorded an own goal.

Lady Indians shut out Mt. Paran, Indians fall short of win

Playing for the first time since Thursday, Feb. 15, the Tallulah Falls School tennis teams hosted Mt. Paran, earning another split.  The Lady Indians won 5-0, while the Indians narrowly lost 3-2 to the 2023 boys Georgia Class A Division I state champs.

State finals next for TFS rifle team after win over Kendrick

The Tallulah Fall School precision rifle team defeated Kendrick 1158-1117 in the Georgia state semifinals the Indians hosted Friday, March 1.  Now TFS is on to the state championships.

Wildcats defeat Dawson County on the links by 10 strokes

The Rabun County boys golf team earned its second-straight victory after defeating Dawson County 176-186 on Thursday, Feb. 29, at the Wildcats’ home course Kingwood Resort.

Diamond Cats earn second home win vs. East Jackson, but fall in first region bout

The Rabun County baseball team earned its second home victory of the 2024 season on Saturday, March 2, after defeating East Jackson 10-2 during the Wildcats’ most complete performance of the young season.

The Rabun County High School girls soccer team won its second straight region match with an 8-1 victory over Elbert County on Wednesday, Feb. 28.

Wildcats keep winning with rout of Blue Devils

The Rabun County High School boys soccer team has been hitting its stride as region play continues for the Wildcats.  So far, RCHS is 5-1 with a perfect 3-0 record in Region 8 of Georgia Class A Division I.

Leaders on & off the court

The Rabun County High School girls basketball team’s season came to an end last Friday, March 1, after the Lady Cats fell 60-45 to Galloway in the semifinals of the Georgia Class A Division I state tournament.

Final game in Final Four

The exciting playoff run for the No. 4-ranked Rabun County High School girls basketball team ended Friday, March 1, after falling to No. 2 Galloway 60-45 in the semifinal round of the Georgia Class A Division I state tournament at host Georgia College and State University (GCSU).

Diamond ‘Cats get early tune-ups vs. Union, White, Stephens

The Rabun County High School baseball team started its 2024 season on Valentine’s Day when the Wildcats took on Union County of Georgia Class AA, while turning around to face Class AAA opponent White County on Thursday, Feb. 15, and Stephens County on Tuesday, Feb. 20.
