Ramey pleads guilty to homicide by vehicle

A 25-year-old Rabun County man pled guilty to homicide by vehicle on May 18 in superior court in connection with an Aug. 8, 2020, hit-and-run crash that killed a 26-year-old Clayton pedestrian.
The driver Chantz Rock Ramey was 24 at the time of the crash that resulted in the death of Mario Webb.

A missing person report filed May 20 led to the arrest of three people suspected to be involved with a woman’s disappearance and possible death.
