Mary Serra and Mike English of the Persimmon community welcomed a newborn calf, named “Chase Elliott,” to their farm when five missing bison were located and herded back to the pasture after they wandered off for 12 days. The bison were found at Badger Rd., about two miles from their home on Dandelion Lane.
