Judy Walker Berrong, 66, of Rabun County passed away at Mountain Lakes Medical Center in Clayton, GA on Monday, January 25, 2021.  A graveside service was held at Taylor’s Chapel Cemetery on January 28, 2021. Hunter Funeral Home was in charge.

Rev. John Stuart Gipson, 87, of Lakemont, Ga. passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at his home. Born in Lakemont, Ga. on July 21, 1933, he was the son of the late Carlton Gipson and Oma Turpin Gipson. He lived his life in Rabun County and worked for himself in the drywall business.
