A lopsided home victory over Union County Monday sealed a 17-5 regular season for the third-ranked Rabun County High girls hoopsters.  Their attention turns to the Region 8-AA tournament starting this week at Banks County.

East Hall poses little trouble for RCHS in tennis openers

Not dropping more than four games in any match, the Rabun County High boys and girls tennis teams beat East Hall last Thursday in their openers at the Wildcat courts. The girls lost just six games total over five matches in a 5-0 triumph.

Victories bump RGNS boys cagers to 14-7

Reaching the home stretch, the Rabun Gap-Nacoochee boys basketball squad got back on the winning track with recent home decisions over Asheville Christian and the Asheville School. The Eagles improved to 14-7 with the victories, and head to Chattanooga, Tenn., today to meet Baylor.

Lady Eagles net two wins

Wins over Legacy Early College and the Asheville School sent the Rabun Gap-Nacoochee girls cagers into a busy slate of games later this week.  The Lady Eagles will be on the road for games today, Friday and Saturday. Today will be a trip to Baylor in Chattanooga, Tenn.
