Sixth-grader Maggie Jackson was forced to hit a shot from behind a tree in practice. She was nervous as teammates  — including Brinson Hall — looked on.  After she took the swing, the ball hit a tree and ricocheted over her head. She was mortified. She immediately took her next swing.

Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School has announced the appointment of Joe Sturdivant as head football coach after a competitive global search encompassing many accomplished candidates.   “We are thrilled to welcome Coach Sturdivant and his family to the Rabun Gap community,” Head of School Jeff Miles said.
