Rabun County community members held a Candlelight Vigil at the north end of Ingles in Clayton Aug. 7 to honor the life of Rabun Gap man Frank Hanrahan, who suddenly died in a motor vehicle crash July 31. Hanrahan worked at the Clayton Ingles for 23 years and those honoring him lit candles, played “Amazing Grace” and released 23 balloons representing his 23 years at the business.
