Work on Rabun Gap’s Hodgson Hall underway

The restoration and renovation of Hodgson Hall, the historic academic building at Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School that sits high on the hill above Highway 441, is well underway.
This marks the school’s largest and most historic building project on campus.

Gemboree hours are Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m.

While fellow Americans out West witnessed the “ring of fire” version of the Oct. 14 solar eclipse, Georgians got more of a crescent moon-look to their sun. Either way the skyward event was enlightening and educational no matter the U.S. vantage point.
