City may take legal action vs. Water & Sewer

City of Clayton council members recently sent correspondence to the Rabun County Water and Sewer Authority (RCWSA) regarding alleged unpaid escrow funds over $231,000 detailed in the Feb. 26, 2024, City of Clayton and RCWSA water and sewer consolidation closing statement.

Rabun Countians can head to the polls starting Tuesday for the upcoming Public Service Commission Special Primary Election. Early/Advance Voting for the June 17 Public Service Commission Special Primary Election will be Tuesday, May 27, through Friday, June 13, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
