Megan Horn/The Clayton Tribune. This renovated building at 137 Hiawassee Street in Clayton will be the location of the new Rabun County Water and Sewer Authority (RCWSA) business office. The transition of water and sewer infrastructure from the City of Clayton to the RCWSA is scheduled to close at 9 a.m. Monday, Feb. 26 at the new location.
